소비자기본법 시행령 제45조(조정위원회의 회의)

① 법 제60조제1항에 따른 소비자분쟁조정위원회(이하 "조정위원회"라 한다)의 위원장(이하 "조정위원장"이라 한다)은 조정위원회의 회의를 소집한다.

② 조정위원장은 회의를 소집하려면 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 회의에 부치는 사항을 정하여 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 외에는 회의 시작 3일 전까지 각 위원에게 서면으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2021.1.5>

③ 조정위원회는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 분쟁당사자나 참고인을 조정위원회에 출석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다. <신설 2024.7.30>

④ 조정위원회의 회의는 위원, 분쟁당사자 또는 참고인(이하 이 항에서 "위원등"이라 한다)이 동영상과 음성이 동시에 송수신되는 장치가 갖추어진 서로 다른 장소에 출석하여 진행하는 원격영상회의방식으로 할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 위원등은 같은 회의장에 출석한 것으로 본다. <신설 2024.7.30>
