아동복지법 시행령 제20조(범죄의 경력 조회)

① 법 제15조제9항에 따른 범죄의 경력 조회는 아동의 가정위탁보호를 희망하는 사람이 거주하는 소재지를 관할하는 경찰관서의 장에게 요청해야 한다. <개정 2018.3.6, 2021.3.30>

② 제1항에 따른 조회를 요청하는 경우에는 가정위탁보호를 희망하는 사람의 동의서를 함께 제출하여야 한다.

(2) When웬 requesting^r리퀘스팅 a어 check첵 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 written^r리튼 consent컨센트 of어^v브 the^ð더 person퍼슨 who후 wishes위쉬즈 to투 provide프^r러^v바이드 family^f패멀리 foster^f파스터 care케어 shall섈 be비 submitted서브미티드 together터게^ð더 with위^ð드 the^ð더 request.^r리퀘스트

③ 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 경찰관서의 장은 가정위탁보호를 희망하는 사람이 별표 3에 따른 범죄경력 조회 대상 범죄에 해당하는 범죄의 경력이 있는지 확인하여 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 회신하여야 한다. <개정 2018.3.6>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 범죄경력 조회 요청 및 회신 등에 필요한 서식은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
