Enforcement Decree of the Child Welfare Act, Article 26-7 (Disclosure of Results of Inspection and Verification of Employment of Persons Sentenced to Employment Restriction Orders)

① 법 제29조의4제6항에 따라 해당 중앙행정기관장, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 교육감은 같은 조 제1항부터 제4항까지에 따른 점검ㆍ확인 결과를 그 점검ㆍ확인이 끝난 날부터 2개월 이내에 보장원의 인터넷 홈페이지를 통하여 12개월 동안 공개해야 한다. <개정 2019.7.16, 2026.8.4>
