약사법 제20조(약국 개설등록)

①약사 또는 한약사가 아니면 약국을 개설할 수 없다.

②약국을 개설하려는 자는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 개설등록을 하여야 한다. 등록된 사항을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>

③제2항에 따른 등록을 하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 시설 기준에 따라 필요한 시설을 갖추어야 한다.

④시ㆍ도지사는 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 시ㆍ도의 규칙으로 약국의 개설등록 기준을 정할 수 있다.

⑤다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 개설등록을 받지 아니한다.

(5) Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 shall섈 not낫 be비 accepted액셉티드 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

⑥제2항에 따라 개설등록한 약국이 아니면 약국의 명칭이나 이와 비슷한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다. <신설 2014.3.18>
