Infant Care Act, Article 21 (Qualifications of Childcare Center Directors and Childcare Teachers)

① 어린이집의 원장은 대통령령으로 정하는 자격을 가진 자로서 교육부장관이 검정ㆍ수여하는 자격증을 받은 자이어야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2011.6.7, 2023.12.26>
