위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제25조(법정대리인의 권리)

①위치정보사업자등이 14세 미만의 아동으로부터 제18조제1항, 제19조제1항ㆍ제2항 또는 제21조에 따라 개인위치정보를 수집ㆍ이용 또는 제공하고자 하는 경우에는 그 법정대리인의 동의를 얻어야 하고, 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 법정대리인이 동의하였는지를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2018.12.24, 2020.6.9>

②제18조제2항ㆍ제19조제5항 및 제24조의 규정은 제1항에 따라 법정대리인이 동의를 하는 경우에 이를 준용한다. 이 경우 "개인위치정보주체"는 "법정대리인"으로 본다. <개정 2015.2.3, 2020.6.9>
