유아교육법 제23조(강사 등)

①유치원에는 교육과정 운영에 필요한 경우 제20조제1항에 따른 교원외에 강사, 기간제 교사 또는 명예교사 등을 두어 유아교육을 담당하거나 보조하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 국립ㆍ공립 유치원은 「교육공무원법」 제10조의3제1항 및 제10조의4를, 사립유치원은 「사립학교법」 제54조의3제4항 및 제5항을 각각 준용한다. <개정 2010.3.24, 2011.5.19, 2012.1.26>
