은행법 제39조(비업무용 자산 등의 보고 및 처분)

은행은 그 소유물이나 그 밖의 자산 중 이 법에 따라 그 취득 또는 보유가 금지되거나 저당권 등 담보권의 실행으로 취득한 자산이 있는 경우에는 금융위원회가 정하는 바에 따라 금융위원회에 보고하고, 이를 처분하여야 한다. <개정 2021.12.7>
