은행법 제44조(은행의 감독)

금융감독원은 금융위원회의 규정과 지시에서 정하는 바에 따라 이 법, 그 밖의 관계 법률, 금융위원회의 규정ㆍ명령 및 지시에 대한 은행의 준수 여부를 감독하여야 한다.
