응급의료에 관한 법률 제49조(출동 및 처치 기록 등)

① 응급구조사가 출동한 때에는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지체 없이 출동 사항, 제31조의4에 따른 응급환자의 중증도 분류 결과, 처치 내용 등을 기록하고 이를 소속 구급차등의 운용자와 해당 응급환자의 진료의사에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 응급구조사를 갈음하여 의사나 간호사가 탑승한 경우에는 탑승한 의사(간호사만 탑승한 경우에는 탑승 간호사)가 출동 및 처치 기록과 관련한 응급구조사의 임무를 수행하여야 한다. <개정 2016.12.2, 2021.12.21>

② 구급차등의 운용자는 구급차등의 운행과 관련하여 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 운행기록대장을 작성하여야 한다. <신설 2016.12.2>

③ 제1항에 따른 기록을 제출받은 구급차등의 운용자는 그 기록을 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 소재지를 관할하는 응급의료지원센터에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2015.1.28, 2016.12.2>

④ 구급차등의 운용자는 제1항에 따라 제출받은 기록 및 제2항에 따라 작성한 운행기록대장을, 응급환자의 진료의사가 소속된 의료기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 제출받은 기록을 각각 보건복지부령으로 정하는 기간 동안 보존하여야 한다. <신설 2016.12.2>
