① 위원회는 위원회의 업무를 전문 분야별로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.

③ 위원회는 인공지능등 관련 사항을 전문적으로 검토하기 위하여 관계 전문가 등으로 구성된 자문단을 둘 수 있다.
