Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, Article 3 (Liability for Damages from Motor Vehicles)

자기를 위하여 자동차를 운행하는 자는 그 운행으로 다른 사람을 사망하게 하거나 부상하게 한 경우에는 그 손해를 배상할 책임을 진다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그러하지 아니하다.
