자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제233조(모자형집합투자기구)

① 집합투자업자등은 다른 집합투자기구(이하 이 조에서 "모집합투자기구"라 한다)가 발행하는 집합투자증권을 취득하는 구조의 집합투자기구(이하 이 조에서 "자집합투자기구"라 한다)를 설정ㆍ설립하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하여야 한다.

② 제81조제1항제3호(라목을 제외한다)는 자집합투자기구가 모집합투자기구의 집합투자증권을 취득하는 경우에는 적용하지 아니한다.

③ 모집합투자기구 및 자집합투자기구(이하 이 조에서 "모자형집합투자기구"라 한다)의 설정ㆍ설립, 집합투자증권의 판매ㆍ환매, 그 밖에 모자형집합투자기구에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
