자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제417조(승인사항 등)

① 금융투자업자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위(겸영금융투자업자의 경우에는 제4호부터 제7호까지에 한한다)를 하고자 하는 경우에는 금융위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다. 다만, 역외투자자문업자 및 역외투자일임업자의 경우에는 제1호부터 제5호까지 및 제8호에 해당하는 행위를 한 날부터 7일 이내에 금융위원회에 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2018.3.27>
