재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제16조의2(지방자치단체의 장의 재난안전관리교육)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 행정안전부장관이 실시하는 재난 및 안전관리에 관한 교육을 받아야 한다.
