재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제23조의2(국가안전관리기본계획 등과의 연계)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 소관 개별 법령에 따른 재난 및 안전과 관련된 계획을 수립하는 때에는 국가안전관리기본계획 및 제23조에 따른 집행계획과 연계하여 작성하여야 한다. 이 경우 재난관리주관기관으로서 재난 및 사고의 예방ㆍ대비ㆍ대응 및 복구 등의 업무 수행에 필요한 계획 등 대통령령으로 정하는 재난 및 안전과 관련된 계획을 수립하는 경우에는 해당 계획을 확정하기 전에 행정안전부장관과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2025.4.1>

② 행정안전부장관은 제1항 후단에 따라 협의하는 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장이 수립하려는 재난 및 안전과 관련된 계획에 대하여 국가안전관리기본계획과의 부합성 및 연계성 등을 검토하여 필요한 경우 그 계획의 수정을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다. <신설 2025.4.1>
