재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제29조의2(재난안전분야 종사자 교육)

① 재난관리책임기관에서 재난 및 안전관리업무를 담당하는 공무원이나 직원은 행정안전부장관이 실시하는 전문교육(이하 "전문교육"이라 한다)을 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 정기적으로 또는 수시로 받아야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2014.12.30, 2017.7.26>

(1) Public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 or오 employees엠플로이이즈 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 disaster디재스터 and앤드 safety세이^f프티 management매너지먼트 duties두티즈 at앳 disaster디재스터 management매너지먼트 agencies에이전시즈 shall섈 receive^r러시^v브 specialized스페셜라이즈드 education에저케이션 provided프^r러^v바이디드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "specialized스페셜라이즈드 education")에저케이션 regularly^r레귤럴리 or오 as애즈 needed,니디드 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety.세이^f프티

② 행정안전부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 전문인력 및 시설기준을 갖춘 교육기관으로 하여금 전문교육을 대행하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 행정안전부장관은 정당한 사유 없이 전문교육을 받지 아니한 자에 대하여 소속 재난관리책임기관의 장에게 징계할 것을 요구할 수 있다. <신설 2014.12.30, 2017.7.26>
