재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제54조의2(긴급구조 관련 특수번호 전화서비스의 통합ㆍ연계)

① 행정안전부장관은 긴급구조 요청에 대한 신속한 대응을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 긴급구조 관련 특수번호 전화서비스(이하 "특수번호 전화서비스"라 한다)의 통합ㆍ연계 체계를 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 행정안전부장관은 제1항에 따라 통합ㆍ연계되는 특수번호 전화서비스의 운영실태를 조사ㆍ분석하여 그 결과를 특수번호 전화서비스의 통합ㆍ연계 체계의 운영 개선에 활용할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 행정안전부장관은 필요한 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 공공기관의 장에게 특수번호 전화서비스의 통합ㆍ연계 및 조사ㆍ분석 결과의 활용 등에 관한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 해당 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 협조하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
