재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제74조의4(재난안전데이터의 수집 등)

① 행정안전부장관은 데이터에 기반한 재난 및 안전관리를 위하여 재난안전데이터의 수집ㆍ연계ㆍ분석ㆍ활용ㆍ공유ㆍ공개(이하 "수집등"이라 한다)를 하여야 한다.

② 행정안전부장관은 효율적인 재난안전데이터의 수집등을 위하여 재난안전데이터통합관리시스템을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

③ 행정안전부장관은 재난안전데이터의 수집등을 위하여 재난관리책임기관의 장에게 필요한 데이터의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 재난관리책임기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

④ 행정안전부장관은 재난안전데이터의 수집등 및 관련 전문인력의 양성, 재난안전데이터통합관리시스템의 구축ㆍ운영 등을 위하여 재난안전데이터센터를 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에 따른 재난안전데이터의 수집등, 재난안전데이터통합관리시스템의 구축ㆍ운영, 데이터 제공의 대상ㆍ범위 및 재난안전데이터센터의 설치ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
