저작권법 제55조의2(착오ㆍ누락의 통지 및 직권 경정)

① 위원회는 저작권등록부에 기록된 사항에 착오가 있거나 누락된 것이 있음을 발견하였을 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 제53조 또는 제54조에 따라 등록을 한 자(이하 "저작권 등록자"라 한다)에게 알려야 한다.

② 제1항의 착오나 누락이 등록 담당 직원의 잘못으로 인한 것인 경우에는 지체 없이 그 등록된 사항을 경정(更正)하고 그 내용을 저작권 등록자에게 알려야 한다.

③ 위원회는 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 등록 사항의 경정에 이해관계를 가진 제3자가 있는 경우에는 그 제3자에게도 착오나 누락의 내용과 그에 따른 경정사실을 알려야 한다.
