전기통신사업법 제55조(손해배상)

① 제51조의3제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조치가 있는 경우에 그 조치의 원인이 된 위반행위로 피해를 입은 자는 위반행위를 한 자에게 손해배상을 청구할 수 있으며, 그 위반행위를 한 자는 고의 또는 과실이 없었음을 증명하지 못하면 책임을 면할 수 없다. <신설 2025.1.21>

② 제52조제1항에 따른 조치가 있는 경우에 금지행위로 피해를 입은 자는 금지행위를 한 전기통신사업자에게 손해배상을 청구할 수 있으며, 그 전기통신사업자는 고의 또는 과실이 없었음을 증명하지 못하면 책임을 면할 수 없다. <개정 2025.1.21>
