전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제21조의4(정보의 투명성 확보 조치)

① 전자상거래를 하는 사업자 또는 통신판매업자는 사이버몰 등을 통하여 거래되는 재화등에 대한 소비자의 사용후기를 게시하는 경우 게시기간, 등급평가 및 삭제 기준, 삭제 시 이의제기 절차 등 사용후기의 수집 및 처리에 관한 정보를 공개하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 공개되는 사용후기의 수집 및 처리에 관한 정보의 구체적인 내용과 범위, 공개 방법 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
