정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제44조의9(불법촬영물등 유통방지 책임자)

① 정보통신서비스 제공자 중 일일 평균 이용자의 수, 매출액, 사업의 종류 등이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 자는 자신이 운영ㆍ관리하는 정보통신망을 통하여 일반에게 공개되어 유통되는 정보 중 다음 각 호의 정보(이하 "불법촬영물등"이라 한다)의 유통을 방지하기 위한 책임자(이하 "불법촬영물등 유통방지 책임자"라 한다)를 지정하여야 한다.

② 불법촬영물등 유통방지 책임자는 「전기통신사업법」 제22조의5제1항에 따른 불법촬영물등의 삭제ㆍ접속차단 등 유통방지에 필요한 조치 업무를 수행한다.

③ 불법촬영물등 유통방지 책임자의 수 및 자격요건, 불법촬영물등 유통방지 책임자에 대한 교육 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
