Political Funds Act, Article 11 (Donation Limits for Supporters, Etc.)

①후원인이 후원회에 기부할 수 있는 후원금은 연간 2천만원을 초과할 수 없다.

④후원회의 회계책임자는 제3항의 규정에 의한 익명기부한도액을 초과하거나 타인의 명의 또는 가명으로 후원금을 기부받은 경우 그 초과분 또는 타인의 명의나 가명으로 기부받은 금액은 국고에 귀속시켜야 한다. 이 경우 국고귀속절차에 관하여는 제4조(당비)제3항 및 제4항의 규정을 준용한다.
