주민등록법 제13조(정정신고)

① 제11조와 제12조에 따른 신고의무자는 그 신고사항에 변동이 있으면 변동이 있는 날부터 14일 이내에 그 정정신고(訂正申告)를 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
