지방세법 시행령 제40조(비과세)

1. 변경하는 내용이 다음 각 목의 경우에 해당하지 아니하는 변경면허

3. 「총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률」 제47조제2항에 따라 총포 또는 총포의 부품이 보관된 경우 그 총포의 소지 면허. 다만, 같은 과세기간 중에 반환받은 기간이 있는 경우는 제외한다.
