지방자치법 제62조(의장ㆍ부의장 불신임의 의결)

① 지방의회의 의장이나 부의장이 법령을 위반하거나 정당한 사유 없이 직무를 수행하지 아니하면 지방의회는 불신임을 의결할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 불신임 의결은 재적의원 4분의 1 이상의 발의와 재적의원 과반수의 찬성으로 한다.

(2) A어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 no노우 confidence칸^f퍼든스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 moved무^v브드 by바이 at앳 least리스트 one-fourth원-^f포^θ스 of어^v브 all올 members멤버즈 and앤드 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 members.멤버즈

③ 제2항의 불신임 의결이 있으면 지방의회의 의장이나 부의장은 그 직에서 해임된다.
