직업안정법 제32조(금품 등의 수령 금지)

근로자를 모집하려는 자와 그 모집업무에 종사하는 자는 어떠한 명목으로든 응모자로부터 그 모집과 관련하여 금품을 받거나 그 밖의 이익을 취하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 제19조에 따라 유료직업소개사업을 하는 자가 구인자의 의뢰를 받아 구인자가 제시한 조건에 맞는 자를 모집하여 직업소개한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
