청소년 보호법 제50조(선도ㆍ보호조치 대상 청소년의 통보)

① 성평등가족부장관, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 및 관할 경찰서장은 제16조제1항, 제28조제1항, 제29조제1항ㆍ제2항, 제30조제1호부터 제3호까지 및 제7호부터 제9호까지를 위반하는 행위를 적극적으로 유발하게 하거나 나이를 속이는 등 그 위반행위의 원인을 제공한 청소년에 대하여는 친권자등에게 그 사실을 통보하고, 「청소년복지 지원법」 제19조에 따라 예방적ㆍ회복적 보호지원을 신청할 수 있음을 알려야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>

② 성평등가족부장관, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 및 관할 경찰서장은 제1항의 청소년 중 그 내용ㆍ정도 등을 고려하여 선도ㆍ보호조치가 필요하다고 인정되는 청소년에 대하여는 소속 학교의 장(학생인 경우만 해당한다) 및 친권자등에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
