초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제105조의2(공모 교장의 자격 등)

① 법 제61조에 따라 법 제21조제1항을 적용하지 아니하는 사립 자율학교와 자율형 사립고등학교의 학교유형별 공모 교장의 자격 등에 관한 사항은 「교육공무원임용령」 제12조의6제1항을 준용한다. <개정 2020.2.28, 2024.1.23, 2024.10.8>

② 교육부장관 및 교육감은 「교육공무원법」 제29조의3에 따라 공모 교장으로 임용된 사람 및 제1항에 따라 사립 자율학교와 자율형 사립고등학교의 공모 교장으로 임용된 사람 중 교장자격증 미소지자에 대해서 임용 후 1년 이내에 자격연수를 실시하여야 한다. 이 경우 자격연수의 구체적인 내용, 실시방법 등은 교육부장관이 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.2.28, 2024.1.23>
