Enforcement Decree of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Article 4 (Application for Authorization to Close Private Schools)

법 제4조제3항에 따라 학교의 폐교인가를 받으려는 사립학교의 설립ㆍ경영자는 교육부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 폐교사유 및 폐교연월일 등을 기재한 학교폐교 인가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 교육감에게 신청하여야 한다.
