초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제64조(학교발전기금)

①법 제33조의 규정에 의한 학교발전기금(이하 "발전기금"이라 한다)은 다음 각호의 방법에 의하여 조성한다.

②발전기금은 다음 각호의 목적을 위하여 사용한다.

(2) The^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 fund^f펀드 shall섈 be비 used유즈드 for^f포 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 purposes:퍼퍼시즈

③운영위원회는 교육부령이 정하는 바에 따라 발전기금을 운영위원회 위원장의 명의로 조성ㆍ운용하여야 한다. <개정 2001.1.29, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

(3) The^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 raise^r레이즈 and앤드 manage매너지 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 fund^f펀드 in인 the^ð더 name네임 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee,커미티 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Education.에저케이션

④운영위원회는 발전기금의 관리 및 집행과 그 부수된 업무의 일부를 당해 학교의 장에게 위탁할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 fund^f펀드 and앤드 related^r릴레이티드 work워크 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 school.스쿨

⑤제4항의 규정에 의하여 업무를 위탁받은 학교의 장은 발전기금을 별도회계를 통하여 관리하고, 매 분기마다 발전기금의 집행계획 및 집행내역을 운영위원회에 서면으로 보고하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 school스쿨 who후 has해즈 been빈 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 with위^ð드 work워크 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) shall섈 manage매너지 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 fund^f펀드 through^θ쓰^r루 a어 separate세퍼^r레잇 account어카운트 and앤드 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 plan플랜 for^f포 and앤드 details디테일즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 fund^f펀드 to투 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 in인 writing^r라이팅 every에^v버^r리 quarter.쿼터

⑥운영위원회는 제5항의 보고를 받은 경우에는 이를 검토하여 그 결과를 학부모에게 통지하여야 한다.

(6) When웬 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 a어 report^r리포트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (5), it잇 shall섈 review^r리^v뷰 the^ð더 report^r리포트 and앤드 notify노우터^f파이 parents페^r런츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 results.^r리절츠

⑦운영위원회는 제4항의 규정에 의하여 발전기금에 관한 업무를 당해 학교의 장에게 위탁한 경우에는 발전기금의 집행상황 등에 관하여 감사할 수 있다.

⑧ 운영위원회는 학교 회계연도 종료 후 3개월 이내에 다음 각 호의 업무를 완료하여야 한다. <개정 2015.9.15>

⑨발전기금의 조성ㆍ운용 및 회계관리 등에 관하여 기타 필요한 사항은 교육부령으로 정한다. <개정 2001.1.29, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
