콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제20조(협회의 설립)

① 콘텐츠사업자는 콘텐츠에 관한 영업의 건전한 발전과 콘텐츠사업자의 공동이익을 도모하기 위하여 문화체육관광부장관의 인가를 받아 협회를 설립할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 협회는 법인으로 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 설립된 협회는 콘텐츠제작 및 유통질서가 건전하게 유지될 수 있도록 노력하여야 한다.
