특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제17조(벌칙)

① 제7조제1항을 위반하여 신고를 하지 아니하고 가상자산거래를 영업으로 한 자(거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 신고를 하고 가상자산거래를 영업으로 한 자를 포함한다)는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <신설 2020.3.24>

② 제7조제2항을 위반하여 변경신고를 하지 아니한 자(거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 변경신고를 한 자를 포함한다)는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <신설 2020.3.24>
