특허법 제190조(보상금 또는 대가에 관한 불복의 소)

① 제41조제3항ㆍ제4항, 제106조제3항, 제106조의2제3항, 제110조제2항제2호 및 제138조제4항에 따른 보상금 및 대가에 대하여 심결ㆍ결정 또는 재정을 받은 자가 그 보상금 또는 대가에 불복할 때에는 법원에 소송을 제기할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 소송은 심결ㆍ결정 또는 재정의 등본을 송달받은 날부터 30일 이내에 제기하여야 한다.
