할부거래에 관한 법률 제26조(선불식 할부거래업자의 선불식 할부계약 해제)

선불식 할부거래업자는 소비자가 대금 지급의무를 이행하지 아니하면 선불식 할부계약을 해제할 수 있다. 이 경우 선불식 할부거래업자는 그 계약을 해제하기 전에 14일 이상의 기간을 정하여 소비자에게 이행할 것을 서면으로 최고(催告)하여야 한다.
