행정심판법 시행령 제33조의2(간접강제의 신청 및 결정)

① 청구인이 법 제50조의2제1항에 따라 간접강제를 신청하거나 당사자가 같은 조 제2항에 따라 간접강제 결정내용의 변경을 신청할 때에는 신청의 취지와 이유를 적은 서면을 위원회에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 신청 상대방(이하 "피신청인"이라 한다)의 수만큼 부본을 함께 제출하여야 한다.

② 위원회는 제1항에 따라 간접강제 신청 또는 간접강제 결정내용의 변경신청에 관한 서면을 받으면 그 부본을 피신청인에게 송달하여야 한다.

③ 제2항의 경우 위원회는 피신청인에게 7일 이상 15일 이내의 기간을 정하여 간접강제 신청 또는 간접강제 결정내용의 변경신청에 대한 의견을 제출하도록 하여야 한다.

④ 위원회는 제1항의 간접강제 신청 또는 간접강제 결정내용의 변경신청에 관하여 심리ㆍ결정하면 지체 없이 당사자에게 결정서 정본을 송달하여야 한다.
