형법 제64조(집행유예의 취소)

①집행유예의 선고를 받은 후 제62조 단행의 사유가 발각된 때에는 집행유예의 선고를 취소한다. <개정 1995.12.29>

②제62조의2의 규정에 의하여 보호관찰이나 사회봉사 또는 수강을 명한 집행유예를 받은 자가 준수사항이나 명령을 위반하고 그 정도가 무거운 때에는 집행유예의 선고를 취소할 수 있다. <신설 1995.12.29>
