형사소송법 제205조(구속기간의 연장)

① 지방법원판사는 공소제기 여부의 결정을 위하여 보완수사요구 등이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 검사의 신청에 의하여 10일을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 제203조의 구속기간의 연장을 1차에 한정하여 허가할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 신청에는 구속기간의 연장의 필요를 인정할 수 있는 자료를 제출하여야 한다.
