형사소송법 제471조의2(형집행정지 심의위원회)

① 제471조제1항제1호의 형집행정지 및 그 연장에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 각 지방공소청에 형집행정지 심의위원회(이하 이 조에서 "심의위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2026.8.4>

② 심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성하고, 위원은 학계, 법조계, 의료계, 시민단체 인사 등 학식과 경험이 있는 사람 중에서 각 지방공소청장이 임명 또는 위촉한다. <개정 2026.8.4>

③ 심의위원회의 구성 및 운영 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
