Act on Hospice and Palliative Care and Decisions on Life-Sustaining Treatment for Patients at the End of Life, Article 9 (National Agency for Management of Life-Sustaining Treatment)

① 보건복지부장관은 연명의료, 연명의료중단등결정 및 그 이행에 관한 사항을 적정하게 관리하기 위하여 국립연명의료관리기관(이하 "관리기관"이라 한다)을 둔다.

② 관리기관의 업무는 다음 각 호와 같다.
