가사소송법 제54조(조정위원)

조정위원은 조정위원회에서 하는 조정에 관여할 뿐 아니라 가정법원, 조정위원회 또는 조정담당판사의 촉탁에 따라 다른 조정사건에 관하여 전문적 지식에 따른 의견을 진술하거나 분쟁의 해결을 위하여 사건 관계인의 의견을 듣는다.
