가상자산 이용자 보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조(검사계획 등의 상호 통보)

금융감독원장 및 금융정보분석원장은 가상자산사업자에 대한 검사의 중복 방지 등을 위해 제19조제1항에 따른 검사계획 및 「특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」 제15조제1항에 따른 검사를 실시하기 위한 검사계획 등을 상호 통보할 수 있다.
