가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제44조의5(자료제공의 요청)

시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장은 제44조의4에 따른 등록사무처리를 위하여 필요한 경우 대법원규칙으로 정하는 자료를 관계 기관의 장에게 요청할 수 있고, 해당 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. 다만, 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보 공동이용을 통하여 확인할 수 있는 사항은 예외로 한다.
