감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조의4(국가첨단백신개발센터 운영 등)

① 법 제63조의2제1항에 따른 국가첨단백신개발센터(이하 "첨단백신센터"라 한다)의 장(이하 "센터장"이라 한다)은 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 질병관리청장이 임명한다.

② 센터장은 매 회계연도 시작 전까지 다음 연도의 사업계획서와 수입ㆍ지출예산서를 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 질병관리청장에게 제출해야 한다. 이를 변경하려는 경우에도 같다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 첨단백신센터의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
