① 질병관리청장은 예방접종업무에 필요한 각종 자료 또는 정보의 효율적 처리와 기록ㆍ관리업무의 전산화를 위하여 예방접종통합관리시스템(이하 "통합관리시스템"이라 한다)을 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2020.8.11>

③ 보건소장 및 제24조제2항(제25조제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 예방접종업무를 위탁받은 의료기관의 장은 이 법에 따른 예방접종을 하면 제2항제2호의 정보를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 통합관리시스템에 입력하여야 한다.

④ 질병관리청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 통합관리시스템을 활용하여 예방접종 대상 아동 부모에게 자녀의 예방접종 내역을 제공하거나 예방접종증명서 발급을 지원할 수 있다. 이 경우 예방접종 내역 제공 또는 예방접종증명서 발급의 적정성을 확인하기 위하여 법원행정처장에게 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제11조에 따른 등록전산정보자료를 요청할 수 있으며, 법원행정처장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2020.8.11>
