감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 제69조의2(외국인의 비용 부담)

질병관리청장은 국제관례 또는 상호주의 원칙 등을 고려하여 외국인인 감염병환자등 및 감염병의심자에 대한 다음 각 호의 경비를 본인에게 전부 또는 일부 부담하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 국내에서 감염병에 감염된 것으로 확인된 외국인에 대해서는 그러하지 아니하다.
