감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 제70조의2(손실보상심의위원회)

① 제70조에 따른 손실보상에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 보건복지부 및 시ㆍ도에 손실보상심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 위원회는 위원장 2인을 포함한 20인 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 보건복지부에 설치된 심의위원회의 위원장은 보건복지부차관과 민간위원이 공동으로 되며, 시ㆍ도에 설치된 심의위원회의 위원장은 부시장 또는 부지사와 민간위원이 공동으로 된다.

③ 심의위원회 위원은 관련 분야에 대한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람과 관계 공무원 중에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보건복지부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사가 임명하거나 위촉한다.

(3) Members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 or오 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor,거^v버너 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 relevant^r렐러^v번트 fields^f필즈 and앤드 relevant^r렐러^v번트 public퍼블릭 officials.어^f피실즈

④ 심의위원회는 제1항에 따른 심의ㆍ의결을 위하여 필요한 경우 관계자에게 출석 또는 자료의 제출 등을 요구할 수 있다.

⑤ 그 밖의 심의위원회의 구성과 운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
