개인정보 보호법 시행령 제34조의7(인증의 표시 및 홍보)

법 제32조의2제6항에 따라 인증을 받은 자가 인증 받은 내용을 표시하거나 홍보하려는 경우에는 보호위원회가 정하여 고시하는 개인정보 보호 인증표시를 사용할 수 있다. 이 경우 인증의 범위와 유효기간을 함께 표시해야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2020.8.4>
