건축법 시행령 제117조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 117 (Delegation and Entrustment of Authority)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제82조제1항에 따라 법 제69조 및 제71조(제6항은 제외한다)에 따른 특별건축구역의 지정, 변경 및 해제에 관한 권한을 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다. <신설 2010.12.30, 2013.3.23, 2021.1.8>

(1) Under언더 Article아터클 82 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 delegates델러게잇츠 to투 Mayors/Do메이어즈 Governors거^v버너즈 the^ð디 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 to투 designate,데저그네잇 alter,올터 and앤드 lift리^f프트 special스페실 building빌딩 zones존즈 under언더 Articles아터클즈 69 and앤드 71 (excluding익스클루딩 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (6)) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act.액트
